Zach Grouev

Associate

Mr. Grouev assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters that encompass constitutional law, administrative law, and election law.

Mr. Grouev served as a law clerk to Judge Andrew L. Brasher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He also served as a fellow in the Office of the Florida Solicitor General. Mr. Grouev earned his B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. with honors from Harvard Law School. He is a member of the Florida and New York bars.*
