Paul Draper

Mr. Draper helps clients litigate constitutional, statutory, and commercial issues in trial and appellate courts across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Draper served as Deputy Solicitor General for the State of Georgia. In that role, he briefed, argued, and won cases in federal circuit courts, federal district courts, and state courts. Before that, Mr. Draper served as a law clerk to Judge Chad A. Readler of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He earned his A.B. in History from Princeton University and his J.D. from Stanford Law School. Mr. Draper is a member of the California and Georgia bars.*
