Nick Venable

Associate

Mr. Venable assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters that encompass constitutional law, administrative law, and commercial litigation.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Venable worked as an appellate litigation associate at an international law firm. Prior to that, he served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Before practicing law, he earned a Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Venable earned his J.D. degree from Stanford Law School. He holds a B.A. in Classics and History from Yale University. Mr. Venable is a member of the Colorado bar.*
