Matt Pociask

Mr. Pociask assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters that encompass constitutional law, administrative law, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Pociask served as a law clerk to Justice Amy Coney Barrett of the United States Supreme Court, Judge Gregory Katsas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and Judge Amul Thapar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Before practicing law, he was a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army Special Forces. Earlier, he owned and operated an IT consulting firm.

Mr. Pociask graduated with high honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was selected for Order of the Coif. He was student director of the corporate lab clinic and chapter president of the Federalist Society. He earned his B.A. in economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Mr. Pociask is a member of the Illinois bar.*
