Mari Sayer

Associate

Ms. Sayer assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters that encompass constitutional law, election law, and administrative law.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Sayer was a law clerk to Judge Lawrence VanDyke of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and Judge Gregory E. Maggs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. Ms. Sayer earned her J.D. with honors from the George Washington University Law School, where she was a Production Editor of the George Washington Law Review. She holds a B.A. in political science summa cum laude from the University of Alabama. Ms. Sayer is a member of the Virginia, District of Columbia, and Wisconsin Bars.
