Julius Kairey

Mr. Kairey assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters that encompass constitutional law, administrative law, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Kairey served as a law clerk to Judge David J. Porter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Steven J. Menashi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Mr. Kairey graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a David M. Rubenstein Scholar. He served as co-chair of the Hinton Moot Court Board and as a student director of the corporate lab clinic. He was runner-up in the Hinton Moot Court Competition and winner of the Karl N. Llewellyn Memorial Cup and the Thomas R. Mulroy Prize for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy. He earned his B.A. in government, with distinction, from Cornell University. Mr. Kairey is a member of the New York and Virginia bars.
