Josh Jones

Associate

Mr. Jones assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters involving constitutional and administrative law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jones served as a Judge Advocate and Trial Counsel in the United States Marine Corps, where he prosecuted both general crimes and special-victim cases involving homicide, sexual assault, and domestic violence. In 2025, he was selected as the service’s Trial Counsel of the Year.

Mr. Jones served as a law clerk to Judge James C. Ho of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Associate Chief Justice Thomas R. Lee of the Utah Supreme Court. Previously, he worked for the Senate Judiciary and House Oversight Committees. Mr. Jones graduated summa cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Stanford University. Mr. Jones is a member of the Utah bar.*
