James Marmaduke

Mr. Marmaduke assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters that encompass constitutional law, administrative law, and election law.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Marmaduke served as a law clerk to Judge Lawrence VanDyke of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Marmaduke earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a Managing Editor of the University of Chicago Law Review. He also received the Caplan Prize for Reform in Public & Constitutional Law. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy magna cum laude from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
