Jacob Shields

Research Associate

Mr. Shields assists the firm with a variety of in-house and litigation matters that encompass research, procurement, and legal compliance. Mr. Shields earned a double B.A., summa cum laude, in Government & Politics and Classics from the University of Maryland, College Park. Before joining the firm, Mr. Shields worked as an intern at the Heritage Foundation and the James Wilson Institute, and was a judicial intern for Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
