David Rosenthal

Counsel

Mr. Rosenthal assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters that encompass civil rights, constitutional, and administrative law. He has briefed and presented oral argument before courts and arbitrators across the country.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Rosenthal was a white collar defense and government investigations associate in the Washington, D.C. offices of an international law firm and a visiting legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation.

Mr. Rosenthal served as a law clerk to Judge Joel M. Carson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Judge Benjamin J. Beaton of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, and Judge James A. Teilborg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University, his M.B.A. from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management, and his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.

Mr. Rosenthal is a member of the Arizona, California, District of Columbia, and Virginia bars.
