Daniel M. Vitagliano

Mr. Vitagliano assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters that encompass constitutional law, administrative law, and election law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vitagliano was a Constitutional Law Fellow at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, where he litigated constitutional cases involving religious liberty and free speech in federal and state courts. Mr. Vitagliano is a former law clerk to Judge S. Kyle Duncan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He earned his J.D. summa cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. in communication studies magna cum laude from the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Vitagliano is a member of the New York and District of Columbia bars.*
