Cody Ray Milner

Mr. Milner assists clients with a variety of complex litigation and appellate matters involving constitutional law and administrative law.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Milner clerked for Judge Justin R. Walker of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, Judge Eric E. Murphy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and Judge Patrick R. Wyrick of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. He also worked on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee during the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett. Mr. Milner earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, where he was an Executive Editor on the George Mason Law Review and an Editor on the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. He also received the Antonin Scalia Legal Writing Award. Mr. Milner received a B.A. in history summa cum laude and a B.S. in political science summa cum laude from Oklahoma Christian University. Mr. Milner is a member of the State of Oklahoma Bar.*
