Daniel Shapiro

Mr. Shapiro assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters that encompass constitutional law, administrative law, and commercial litigation.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Shapiro was a law clerk to Judge Neomi Rao of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Judge E. Grady Jolly of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of South Florida, and his J.D. magna cum laude from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. Mr. Shapiro is a member of the Virginia, District of Columbia, and Florida bars.
