Mr. Bernstein assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters that encompass constitutional law, administrative law, and commercial litigation. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bernstein served as a law clerk to Chief Judge William H. Pryor Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Judge Gregory E. Maggs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from The Florida State University, his Master’s in Philosophy from the University of Oxford, and his J.D. with High Honors from The George Washington University Law School. Mr. Bernstein is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.*
