Mr. Haase assists clients with a variety of litigation and appellate matters that encompass constitutional law, administrative law, and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Haase was Counsel to the Senate Republican Policy Committee, where he advised the Senate Republican Conference on legislation, litigation, and administrative law, among other topics. Before that, Mr. Haase was an associate at a large law firm in D.C. where he handled complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions, multi-district litigation, and international arbitrations. Mr. Haase has also served as Counsel to Senator Mike Lee.

Mr. Haase is a former law clerk to Judge Patrick J. Bumatay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Notre Dame Law School and his B.A. in American Studies summa cum laude from North Greenville University.

He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.*
